Facet Diamond – Backed System
Description of the preferred embodiment
Facet select cut diamonds are round, brilliant, 1/100 carat weight or 0.01. These diamonds are the highest quality and are usually reserved for the finest jewelry creations in the world. Diamonds used as reference for Facet are round, brilliant, cut diamonds of D to H color and VVS to VS clarity. These diamonds are defined on 6 charts of reference from 0.01 to 0.29 carats.
Standardized Pricing System
The reference of calculation for the financial value of the diamond is determined by one carat. A one carat diamond round, brilliant, cut and polished is based on 1/100, that means 100 cut and polished diamonds make up one carat in weight. Therefore, the financial value of Facet Token is based on one carat or 1/100 carat. The base of calculation of Facet value is 1/100 carat, calculated using professional reference, on six charts of reference from size 0.01 to 0.29 carats under our Patented Algorithm.
Examples
Example 1: Prices in January 2025, based on our algorithm, defines the total price of the six charts from diamonds sized 0.01 to 0.29 carats, D to H color and VVS to VS clarity at $7,800.00 divided by six to obtain an average price per carat of $1,300.00 or $13 per 1/100.
Example 2: If we were to launch today at $13 per token this would represent 0.01 carat D-H color, VVS-VS clarity diamond. If the token price increases, the diamond allocation adjusts dynamically each day by number of diamonds of 0.001 carats.
Facet Token (FT): Independent Yet Diamond-Backed
It is important to understand that Facet Token price fluctuates independently of the diamond price. The price of the Facet Token will be backed through our algorithm with round, brilliant cut diamonds of 1/100 carats.
